By booking an appointment with Skin Dream Med Spa, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments & Cancellations:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payments:
All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment unless part of a package or membership plan.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Card on File:
A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.
Cancellation and no-show fees may be charged to the card on file.

Packages & Memberships:
All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Results Disclaimer:
Results may vary from person to person. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.

Health Conditions:
Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment.

Clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment.

Liability:
Skin Dream Med Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions if full medical history is not disclosed.
